CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR SILICONE PRODUCTS
Our Silicone Products are Microwavable, Dishwashable, Freezer and Oven Friendly. It is recommended to place the items on the top shelf when using them in the dishwasher, And if placing in the oven ensure the temperature does not excess 200°c
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

WHICH ITEMS HAVE SUCTION BASES?
Our Plate and Bowl have a strong suction base, however to make the most of this it is reccomended to wipe the surface down first to ensure the base has a nice clean seal. To remove, simply pull the little tab upwards to release.
STAINS
Whilst our silicone products are stain resistant they are not stain proof.
Slight staining may occur if the product has come into contact with strong oil-based foods (For instance: tomato or oil based sauces)
To try to remove residue stains, soak in grease cutting dish soap and very hot water and leave to soak. Tough stains may need to be left for an hour. Next using a non abrasive sponge scrub the stain. For those really tough stains we also suggest you try a little bit of baking soda. We also suggest that you do not leave your silicone products unwashed for long periods as staining is more likely.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our products will be stainproof for all food this item comes into contact with and therefore we will not be able to provide refund or exchange on any stained products. If you follow the cleaning tip advice then you should be able to get your silicone product looking great again.
